LÙNARA is a fictional restaurant. This website is a demonstration. We do not operate a real dining room and we do not sell personal data.
What this demo collects
Reservation and contact forms send name, email, telephone, and optional notes to a server action running on the machine that hosts the demo. Reservations are stored in memory for the life of that process and in an HTTP-only cookie named lunara_reservation for 24 hours so the confirmation page can be shown. No marketing tools, analytics pixels, or advertising cookies are installed in the source of this project.
Legal basis, if this were real
A live restaurant in Cagliari would process reservation data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and would name a controller, a retention period, and a way to object. This demonstration does none of that because it is not a controller of a real guest list.
